What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for it. Please note that you are responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at Nick Elliott Shop in order to claim the refund.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and our customer support representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged product, credit towards another purchase, or a full refund. Unfortunately, Nick Elliott Shop cannot accept any responsibility for products that have arrived damaged if you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order.
